Position pays up to $73,000.00 annually ! Tampa Bay Girls Academy – Multiple co-located secure residential commitment programs serving high-risk and maximum risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling. Qualifications Possess a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Licensed in the state of Florida Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!
