Trauma-Informed Family Services Case Manager

The State of Nebraska is seeking a Case Manager to support families referred to DHHS in Omaha. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, advocating for families, and utilizing SDM tools for informed case decisions. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or related fields, and training is provided with flexible work hours available after training.
