Your responsibilities will include: Providing in‑home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families. Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services. Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed. Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers. Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. Who We’re Looking For Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and 1 year of experience working with children and families Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Bilingual skills are a plus Additional Opportunities Certification as a Parenting Instructor Facilitation of family decision‑making meetings Professional development and leadership pathways Other Duties This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position.
