Night Shift Maintenance SupervisorPolyglass USA, Inc., a premier roofing materials manufacturer, has an opening for a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our Hazleton team! The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate and manage technicians engaged in machine or facility repairs, upgrades, or installations to ensure timely and thorough and safe repairs and work.What You Get To Do:Checks production schedules and confers with other departments, manages and staff to determine when planned maintenance least interferes with operationsLeads weekly maintenance portion of the operations planning meetingWorks with the Maintenance Manager and Plant Management to conduct deep dive analysis into down time events and implements counter measuresManages the CMMS and studies maintenance schedules to estimate labor hours required for completion of job assignmentsConducts quality control for repairs and PMs.Enforces parts room process adherenceMaintains training records and develops individual training plans for maintenance technicians with the Maintenance ManagerWorks with Maintenance Manager to develop Maintenance score card and reporting for the daily GEMBA walkthrough to monitor PM and repair effectivenessWorks with Maintenance Manager develops and maintains critical spare parts inventorySupervises maintenance technicians in performing equipment trouble shooting, as necessary.Partners with Plant Management on production line and facility improvements.Works with Maintenance Manager and Plant Management to develop and implement autonomous maintenance programWorks with Maintenance Manager and Plant Management develop and implement TPM program to include vibration analysis, thermos, and ultra-sonic technologiesPerforms other duties as requiredWhat You Bring to the Plant:5-10 years of maintenance experience, in a production environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPointHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Previous maintenance supervisory experience.AB or BS in Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.AS-400 or other enterprise-wide system experience Polyglass USA
