Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location Kansas City North, 7280 NW 87th Ter, Ste 208, Kansas City, MO 64153, USA Salary $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD (budgeted range; final offers based on skill, experience, location, qualifications and other factors). You will serve as the subject matter expert to potential families within a collaborative team environment that nurtures growth and learning. Ongoing access to free internal and external continuing education is provided. We service a wide age range with no age restrictions or minimum hour requirement. Individually tailored treatment plans are created by the BCBA, who determines medically necessary hour recommendations. The daily focus is on clinical quality with low billable hour requirements and manageable caseloads. BCBAs may shape their own treatment plans, mentor RBTs and BCaBAs through the Apprenticeship Program, and pursue internal leadership opportunities such as Clinical Manager roles. Job Responsibilities Provide high‑quality case oversight to achieve extraordinary patient outcomes. Conduct initial intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise BT/RBTs working with patients on your caseload. Collaborate with families, providing consistent caregiver guidance. Partner with the Clinical Manager and other BCBAs to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst. Experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder. Passion for behavioral science and for disseminating best practices and current research. Demonstrated continuous professional growth and a strong desire to learn. Reliable transportation. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Process‑driven and detail‑oriented. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to effectively multi‑task and prioritize to meet deadlines. Empathy and professional communication with guardians, including confidence in parent communication and training. Clear, concise oral and written communication that exhibits leadership, professionalism, empathy, and inspires confidence. Ability to work full‑time (40 hours per week), including flexibility for schedule changes. Collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Highly motivated and energetic during work hours. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ABA data collection software preferred.
