Team Lead Clinician (Unlicensed/Licensed)

Valeo Resources has partnered with an organization that partners with Healthcare in its regional implementation of Intensive Community Treatment (ICT) programs across Northern California to provide targeted support for Healthcare members. We're looking for a Team Lead Clinician (unlicensed/licensed) to join our team!

Our community-based program serves members of Healthcare, 18 years and older, who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, who have had previous patterns of high inpatient care utilization, or who otherwise are at high risk for readmission.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree
• Current and active BBS number in CA
• At least 1 year of experience in mental health/behavioral health/psych/social work
• 1 year of supervisory (having direct reports) experience is highly preferred

Location: San Jose, CA Schedule: M-F 8:30a-5p Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance, 401K, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Paid Time Off: For FT Employee it is 16.7 days in your first year, Nine Paid Holidays, Career growth opportunity: company has grown 10%+ yearly for the past 5 years

Salary: target range $90-110k, potential SOB!

Duties:

• Assist your program leadership with implementing and overseeing the responsibilities for clinical services and standards of care for our clients.
• Work closely with your program leadership to continually communicate with community partners and all local systems of care that are in service to our clients.
• Oversees documentation by clinical staff and works closely with your program leadership to assist with audits of Clinical Charts to ensure adherence to State and County Requirements.
• Assists with New Hire Orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for all clinical staff.
