You will lead high visibility projects that blend RMS engineering and analysis, ensuring they stay on‑time and cost‑effective — delivering tangible value to the customer.Your responsibilities will include:Manage and lead execution of RMS initiatives spanning multiple product lines throughout each project lifecycleTrack progress against milestones, manage overall cost and schedule performance, and present status to both internal and customer leadershipDrive data-centric RMS analyses, translate findings into design and process actions, and develop/maintain program metricsCoordinate with cross-functional experts, facilitate regular meetings, status reports, and issue‑resolution sessions to drive execution and mitigate risks and delaysPlan and conduct customer reviews and demonstrations related to all aspects of the RMS processManage supplier technical development and engineering integration activities** Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. **Basic QualificationsBachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline9+ years of engineering and/or project management experience on aerospace or defense programsExperience effectively communicating status and challenges to multi-disciplined engineering teams, senior executives, and external customersWilling to travel up to 10%Final SECRET Security ClearanceDesired SkillsFamiliarity with USAF modification program requirements to include documentation, TCTOs, kits, tooling, and special test equipmentDemonstrated understanding of F-22 Operational Test (OT) environment and procedures, engineering assistance requests, and inspection requirementsExperience with F-22 sustainment systems, processes, and teamsExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM), Control Account Manager (CAM) tools and processes, and Risk & Opportunity ManagementAbility to obtain F-22 SAP clearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
