Customer Experience Advocate

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time remote Customer Experience Advocate will manage customer inquiries, dispatch orders, and support account management while ensuring a positive experience for clients. Key responsibilities Answer and manage customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring timely responses to inquiries Coordinate the on-time pickup and delivery of customer service requests, maintaining strong relationships with drivers and carriers Create and distribute key reports and scorecards for assigned national customers and assist with account setup and maintenance Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED; some college hours desired Minimum 2-3 years of customer experience and/or dispatch experience Typing speed of 50+ words per minute Knowledge of North America markets and terrain Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
