Job Title: Director of National Accounts
Location: On Site - Sedona, AZ
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 + Bonus

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Group Sales Manager experience in a high-end full-service hotel/resort
- Proven track record for anticipating and following through on leads to maximize sales
- Superior sales skills and ability to build and maintain professional business relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient computer skills and ability to travel
- Resilient and adaptable to change
- Strong guest and team member relationship skills
Job Responsibilities:
As the Director of National Accounts, your primary task will be to sell properties to our group clients whilst exceeding room night/revenue objectives. You will be working nationwide to secure the most profitable business for our properties. This includes:
- Directly contacting businesses/organizations in defined geographic or market areas
- Developing new business opportunities and managing current accounts
- Research, negotiation, and response to incoming group requests
- Planning and executing sales trips to feeder cities, trade shows, and conducting property tours
- Working closely with other departments and providing detailed client information
- Preparing accurate proposals, cost estimates, and contracts
- Ensuring client satisfaction with the product and service.
