Job Overview

• Flexible Scheduling: Options for 5x8 or 4x10 shifts; willingness to float between clinics is required.
• Patient Volume: Average of 22-24 patients per day in an 8-hour shift and 24-26 patients in a 10-hour shift.
• Setting: Outpatient family practice clinic.
• Support Staff: 1:1 ratio of Medical Assistants to providers.
• Procedures: Required skills include laceration repairs, simple sutures, incision and drainage (I&D), and Pap smears.
• Chronic Care Management: Experience with conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, COPD, heart disease, and thyroid disorders.
• Patient Demographics: Care for patients aged 3 months and older.
