SNF/LTC Billing & AR Office Manager
Nexion Health Management
Nexion Health Management is seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) responsible for billing facility charges, collecting receivables, and overseeing the resident trust fund. The successful candidate will have at least one year of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
