Pay: $24–$28/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time · primarily weekdays, 8am–4pm

ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a step up from cleaning. You'll still be in homes doing the work — but you'll also be the person a small crew looks to, the one who sets the standard on site and catches what others miss.
If you've been cleaning for years and you're tired of being paid the same as someone who started last week, this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead a small crew on residential, deep, and move-out cleans
- Set the pace and the standard on site
- Final walkthrough and quality check before you leave
- Train newer cleaners on our standards
- Report damage, maintenance issues, and client concerns
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of paid cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation — our homes are spread across the county
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Weekday daytime availability
- Someone others naturally follow — calm, steady, high standards
- English or Spanish — both is a strong plus
WHAT WE PROVIDE

- A consistent weekday schedule — no late nights
- A clear path forward — several of our leads are on track for management
