RN - Float Pool

Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled and versatile Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Pool position. The RN will be required to work across multiple units including Progressive Care, Medical Surgical Units, and the admission holding area, ensuring high quality care for all patients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care across various units as needed.Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess and develop patient care plans.Monitor patient vitals and report any significant changes to the medical team.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.QualificationsActive Registered Nurse license.Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.Prior travel nurse experience is required.Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.Experience with Epic software is preferred.ScheduleThis position requires availability for day shifts consisting of 4x12-hour shifts, with rotations including every other weekend.OrientationStart date for this role is expected within the next 3-5 weeks, with a bi-weekly orientation schedule provided.Additional InformationThe RN in this position will develop a broad skill set while providing care across different units, supporting both patients and healthcare teams in a dynamic environment.Client Details State TX
