Go-To-Market Recruiter

Our client, a leading global fintech organization, is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to join its growing team in New York. This individual will own full‑cycle recruitment across the U.S. market, partnering closely with senior leaders to identify, attract, assess, and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate is a polished, proactive recruiter with strong U.S. market expertise and experience hiring for GTM, business development, and commercial roles. If this sounds like you. Bachelor's degree, required. 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, required. Experience recruiting for go-to-market (GTM), business development, and commercial roles in the U.S. market, required. Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection experience, required. Exposure to fintech, technology, or other rapidly scaling organizations, required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, required. Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, required. The salary for this role is $100K-$130K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
