About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Charge Nurse RN in Somerville, Massachusetts, 02143!

Job Title: Nurse Manager Profession: Nursing Specialty: Endoscopy and Urgent Care Duration: Full-time Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8.5 hours Experience: 5+ years in nursing management preferred License: Active or conditional RN license in Massachusetts Certifications: AHA BLS required, CGRN preferred Must-Have: Nurse Manager experience 2 recent Manager/Supervisor references in matching specialty Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers license with address matching demographics Current AHA BLS certification Flu vaccine required during season NURSYS verification report showing ACTIVE current or conditional Massachusetts RN license Description: Responsibilities include covering Endoscopy and Urgent Care services. Experience with moderate sedation and GI scope requirements is essential. Familiarity with scheduling and procedures related to both services is required. The facility has 4 procedure rooms and services patients aged 18 and up for Endoscopy and all ages for Urgent Care. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership abilities in a nursing management context. Experience with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC, is preferred.
