Restaurant Front of House Manager

Our current wage range is $65,000 to $75,000 per year

As Front of House Manager, you own the floor: you lead the shift, coach the team in real time and make sure every guest gets Boqueria at its best. What you'll do:
• Run the shift: lead pre-shift, set the tone on the floor and take every guest's experience up a notch.
• Coach in the moment: train, develop and support our servers, bartenders, hosts and support staff, on the floor and in the moment.
• Take care of guests: read the room, check on tables and turn any miss into a reason to come back.
• Build the culture: bring our core values to life and create a workplace where people feel supported and proud of what they do.
• Support the leadership team: partner with the GM and AGM on service standards, labor on the floor and readiness for every service and DOH inspection.

What you bring:
• A genuine passion for hospitality and for leading and developing people.
• Strong communication skills: you listen, give clear feedback and keep the team informed.
• Experience leading shifts or teams in a high-volume restaurant, as a supervisor, captain or manager.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong organizing and planning skills, and an understanding of how daily decisions affect the business.
• Comfort with our systems, or the ability to learn them quickly: OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant365 and Dolce, plus Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Energy, positivity and a good sense of humor.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Required food safety certifications will be obtained and confirmed upon hire.
