Responsibilities

• Focus primarily on Property Casualty or Group Insurance sales
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other methods
• Create tailored insurance quotes and guide clients through closing the sale
• Listen to and address client concerns clearly and professionally
• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit growth targets
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

• Active Texas Property Casualty or Group Insurance License required
• 2+ years of insurance industry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong rapport-building skills with resilience to bounce back from rejection
• Comfortable in an office setting using multiline phones, Microsoft Office, and Agency Management Systems (AMS)
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with the team to hit targets
