About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Insurance Producer who is passionate about generating new business, building relationships, and exceeding sales goals.

This is a SALES-FIRST position. Your primary focus will be prospecting, generating leads, making outbound calls, developing referral partnerships, closing sales, and consistently growing your book of business.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is comfortable with rejection, follows up relentlessly, and doesn't wait for opportunities to come to them.

Monthly base salary of $2,000 plus aggressive commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, marketing

initiatives, and lead follow-up.

• Meet or exceed established sales goals and production expectations.

• Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to provide additional

coverage.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

• Accurately quote, present, and bind insurance policies.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions.

• Average $30,000-$50,000 in new business monthly premium

• Submit 1-2 life insurance policies monthly

• Give phenomenal customer service generating at least 5, 5-star google reviews

monthly

Requirements

• Current General Lines Property and Casualty license for Texas.
• Farmers experience a plus!
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
