A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, 126-bed Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've provided spiritually motived care for the elderly of Columbus for over 65 years. We are seeking to hire a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Unit Manager - Day Shift

Full-Time and an On-Call Weekend rotation. $65K to $80K annually based on skills and experience.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Unit Manager Qualifications:

• Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Long-Term Care and nurse supervision.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English language.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Unit Manager Job Summary:

• Supervise the unit, overseeing registered and licensed practical nurses, nursing aides, medical clerks and support staff.
• Manage work schedules, delegate assignments, assign tasks and evaluate employee job performance.
• Discipline staff who don't fulfill their job requirements or provide inadequate patient care.
• Set Unit goals and standards and establish employee policies and procedures.
