Prep Cook - Part Time/Full Time

Overview The prep cook will be responsible for the preparation of food for all outlets at the resort as well as assisting with the line as needed. Assist in any areas of the culinary operations as needed. Prepare food items according to specific standards using recipes provided. Timely execution of all meal functions. Complete all assignments requested. Qualifications Maintain a high level of sanitation, safety and food quality. Maintain a superior level of professionalism. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, management and staff. Must understand and comply with house policies and procedures, job description, chemical labels and other instructions.
