We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

• You will be working hands on with various parts and assemblies on various rig types.
• They will be assigned to team and work on a specific rig. That will be their focus but will also have the flexibility to cross train and learn other styles of rigs we manufacture pending our schedule. .
• Installing valves, pumps, and other hydraulic components in to place.
• They will be using overhead cranes as well as picking items up that can weigh up to 30-40lbs.
• Hand tools will be used daily, including wrenches, impacts, torque wrenches, and sometimes even grinders.
• Operation of forklifts at times to move parts from outside to inside and vice versa, and between different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
