Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing flexibility in your work location while maintaining a structured routine. You will engage with clients primarily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As part of our community health clinic, you will utilize telehealth systems and digital platforms to ensure effective outreach and communication with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n
