Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of new clients to identify their history of substance abuse and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on addressing addiction and any underlying psychological issues, utilizing best practices in evidence-based therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, drawing upon therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to enhance client engagement and commitment to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
