Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote holistic recovery.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for our clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

The clientele comprises a broad spectrum of individuals, including those seeking recovery from trauma, domestic abuse victims, homeless populations, and refugees. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
