Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Applying evidence-based therapy techniques to deliver individualized services for clients, helping them navigate and manage their emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to understand each client's unique needs, followed by developing personalized treatment and discharge plans.
\n
• Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to the treatment objectives outlined in the client's plan.

• Documenting all therapy services meticulously in compliance with facility and professional standards while adjusting plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Managing an active caseload, actively participating in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate with staff for comprehensive care.

• Listening to client concerns and resolving issues promptly to ensure their needs are met and their safety remains a top priority.

• Carrying out other relevant functions as assigned to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• The appropriate state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider. Candidates must be licensed as LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) .

Preferred Experience\n
