As a remote position, you will operate from the comfort of your own space while connecting with clients through telehealth platforms. Our schedule aligns with typical business hours, specifically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a structured yet flexible work lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual mental health evaluations to assess clients' needs and formulate detailed treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, track progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Deliver high-quality telehealth sessions to support clients who may face barriers to accessing in-person care, ensuring continuous engagement throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation consistent with state guidelines, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine your skills, stay informed on emerging best practices, and comply with continuing education requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide care primarily to a low-acuity clientele who have been pre-screened to ensure that their needs align with our telehealth offerings. This patient population may include individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, and situational life stressors. Your role will focus on empowering clients through skills development, insight generation, and facilitating personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without any disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical practice experience is necessary to ensure proficiency in assessing and treating a range of mental health conditions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
