Job Details
The Rooftop Bar located in The Kitano Hotel New York, New York City's only Japanese owned and operated luxury hotel. The hotel is conveniently located for both business and leisure travelers on New York City coveted Park Avenue near Grand Central Station.
We are seeking an experienced Host / Hostess .
Qualifications and Experience include:
- 4 years of hosting experience – preferred
- Experience with reservation platforms (Tock or Resy)
- Daily entry of guest notes and data
- Proficient language skills and guest relation experience – required
- Knowledge of Japanese service standards - preferred
- Bilingual in English and Japanese is preferred

- Coat check and belonging organization – required
This is a full-time position - the restaurant will operate evenings from Tuesday through Saturday.
