Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, overseeing classroom activities, and collaborating with other staff members to ensure the educational needs of students are met.

Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Provide instruction in various subjects, utilizing diverse teaching methods
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Conduct assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to address individual student needs
- Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences
- Implement early intervention strategies for students who require additional support

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development or related field
- Teaching certification/license required/CDA
- Experience in early childhood education, special education, or behavioral therapy preferred
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and educational best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for educating and nurturing children
- Previous experience in childcare or related field is a plus
