If you’re ready to build a career with a company that’s been standing strong for nearly a century, we want YOU on our team. 1 position available at Charter Steel 1658 Cold Springs Rd, Saukville, WI 53080 Wire Draw Operator | Night Shift (5pm-5am)| $26.50/hr Operate a wire draw machine to create finished products Work as a team to support other draw operators Package steel coils to meet customer specifications Enter information into computer Transport coils for storage using a forklift. You would work 5 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 5 nights off; Have every other weekend off! What We’re Looking For: Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. If you don’t have it, we’ll support you through our free GED Works program. Skills: Quick learners who enjoy working with their hands. Team Players: Strong teamwork skills and excellent attendance. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow safety instructions and maintain high standards. Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a full shift. Background in manufacturing or industrial production, assembly, machining, set-up, metals industry Forklift experience is a plus! Ready to take the next step?
