Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to create positive first impressions while supporting customer engagement and sales opportunities. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services and assist with customer inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Support customer engagement and promotional activities.
• Assist with sales opportunities generated through customer interactions.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records, schedules, and appointment information.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer engagement and sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
