If you want to learn and grow with a family-owned company that has been around for over 75 years, Shrader is for you!Key Responsibilities:Directly responsible for all tire related services throughout fleet including mounting, installation, inventory, preventative maintenance, repairs, and documentationEmergency Roadside Service (ERS) during business hours performing flat tire repairs or replacementNight service 24/7 performing roadside flat tire repairs or replacementEnsuring preventative maintenance best practices including yard checks, visual inspections, tread depth checks, air pressure checks, identifying abuse and irregular wear patterns, and all related documentationFollowing the proper guidelines for the mounting and dismounting of tiresPosition Requirements - What you need to know and have:Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Must be able to lift, twist, push/pull, bend, squat, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods of timeMust have a valid Driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive a commercial pickup truck including F250 or F350Must be available for on-call and after hour service rotation, and own reliable transportationCompany Benefits - Great benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
