Front Office Representative

Job Description Medical Front Office Representative | Bilingual Nextaff is hiring a bilingual Medical Office Receptionist to work with a busy primary care medical practice in Naples, FL. As a Medical Front Office Representative, you'll be greeting & checking in patients, answering telephone calls and fielding inquiries regarding scheduling, billing, and other general patient questions and ensuring patient notes are updated. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire assignment, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule, and a path to earning a permanent position with benefits! What's In It For You?

- $17-$20 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Weekly pay while on assignment
- Eligibility to apply for health benefits through Nextaff on Day One of employment

- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical practice environment
- You are bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
- You have knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- You have experience using EMR applications (experience with eClinicalWorks preferred)
- You are friendly, outgoing, have an excellent telephone presence and enjoy solving problems
- High school diploma or equivalent, background and drug screening required
