Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will help manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time / Mix Shift Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor or contractor credentials, and maintain accurate access records in accordance with location procedures. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed. Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, perimeter areas, parking locations, and access points to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Support the orderly movement of personnel, vehicles, materials, and deliveries while following established client and Allied Universal procedures. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
