Bilingual Construction Recruiter (English/Spanish REQUIRED)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ | FullTime, OnSite

CGS Global is growing quickly and we need a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Construction Recruiter who can move fast, manage highvolume hiring, and keep multiple job orders filled. If you have construction recruiting experience and thrive in a fastpaced environment, we want to talk to you immediately.

Responsibilities

Recruit and hire skilled construction workers across multiple trades
Post jobs, source candidates, and manage highvolume pipelines
Complete onboarding: I9s, EVerify, compliance documentation
Support multiple clients and job orders at once
Screen applicants, answer calls, and maintain accurate records
Update spreadsheets, logs, and ATS entries

Requirements

Bilingual REQUIRED: English & Spanish
Construction recruiting experience highly preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
Experience with TempWorks or similar ATS systems
Reliable, organized, and able to work with urgency
