**Description:** You will be the Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor \- Level 3 for the Pinellas F\-16/F\-35 Assembly team **What You Will Be Doing** As the Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor \- Level 3 you will be responsible for planning daily activities, sequencing, and assigning work to support business goals and targets across multiple COE Assembly Work Areas\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. **Basic Qualifications:** Experience with tools and drilling, fastener installation and systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment\. \- Managing business metrics to drive performance \(Quality, Schedule, and Cost\)\. \- Working knowledge of crew planning, line balancing, and project management\. \- Experience with Microsoft Office programs \(i\.e\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
