Intelligence Specialist (Operations Support)

Senior Intelligence Specialist

Serve as the Senior Intelligence Specialist focused on Intelligence Training for new assigned officer and enlisted watch standers, civilian and interagency all-source analysts.

Provide direction, technical guidance and outlines systematic steps and processes in the development and administering of a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCO) training program.

Conduct needs assessments to anticipate and identify the training and professional development necessary to acquire, sustain, and have requisite skills, knowledge and abilities in emerging (TCO), doctrine and procedures.

Manage the development of training design, lesson plans, learning aids, and examination tools.

Write training guidance and procedure manuals, document processes, and manage the creation of presentations and training modules.

Conduct formal platform classroom presentations, discussions and workshop activities with large and small groups or individuals.

Administer tests and conduct student evaluations.
