Growth Director, DTC & Customer Lifecycle

Rare Beauty, based in El Segundo, seeks a Director of Customer & Acquisition to drive DTC revenue across the customer lifecycle. You will own customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, paid media strategy, and CDP management to maximize lifetime value. This leader partners with the Director of Ecomm and reports to the VP of Digital & Ecommerce. You will lead CRM programs, events-based triggers, segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize campaigns, grow the subscriber base, and increase #J-18808-Ljbffr Rare Beauty
