Piney Branch Golf Club Service Team PositionsPiney Branch Golf Club is looking for new team members to join our service team. Are you looking for an interactive, fun and rewarding position on our team? We have multiple openings, including banquet servers and bussers, runners, bartenders and a la carte dining servers. Both full time and part time positions are available, including a competitive wage, and much more.Qualifications:At least 2 years of prior experience serving or bartending preferred.Customer service focused with excellent communication skillsKnowledge of cocktail recipes, wines, and beersHigh work ethic and self-motivatedAbility to think on your feet and work calmly under pressureAbility to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistanceBanquet experience is a plusProfessional appearance and attitude with a desire to learn and grow.Flexible to work varying schedules to include evenings, weekends, and some holidays.Responsibilities:Greets guests in a courteous and friendly mannerTakes orders accurately and promptly to ensure a positive experience for both members and guests, always aiming to exceed expectations.Providing quality beverage production and service for Members and GuestsMaintain the bar, bar service area, and storerooms in a neat, organized, and secure mannerPrepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinksMix, prepare, and serve drinks according to standardsFor a cash bar, receives cash from guests, and makes any change neededAdvises the Director of Catering or manager on duty of any member/guest complaints or issues, including underage drinking, over-intoxication, and the presence or outside alcohol as soon as they occur.Benefits:Competitive Wage including tipsHealth & Dental Insurance401KEmployee DiscountsGolfing PrivilegesPaid Time Off & Sick Leave
