With more than 100 years of history and strong customer relationships, we boldly engineer sustainable products to tackle our world's most challenging demands.What You'll Do:As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will:Support financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities.Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive results.Analyze manufacturing costs, and overall financial performance.Provide insights for site management, S&OP, and global reporting.Support budgeting processes using key assumptions and business inputs.Validate productivity initiatives and capital investments (CAPEX).Ensure accuracy across P&L and balance sheet reporting.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling).Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel up to 20%.Why Bakelite?
