About the Role

Amiara has a $4.5 Trillion team - Yes that is a T. It is raising $50 million. It is building a fund. It is structuring complex channel partner deals. It is designing a business model with three distinct revenue streams and a set of financial dynamics that require rigorous, sophisticated thinking to manage well. It is planning to aggressively acquire companies.

This role exists because the financial architecture of Amiara is not simple… and it matters enormously that it is built right.

The CFO Chief of Staff is the person who sits at the intersection of financial strategy, investor relations, and operational excellence. You'll work directly with the founders on the $50M raise — building models, preparing materials, managing the investor pipeline. You'll own the financial operations infrastructure. And you'll serve as the strategic finance partner who makes sure that every major decision at Amiara is made with the right financial picture in frame.

This is not a back-office role. It is a front-row seat to every high-stakes financial decision in the company… and the person who fills it will have a direct line to the founders, real ownership, and the chance to build something that lasts.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning across all three revenue streams
• Own the $50M fundraise process — building the data room, managing investor diligence, and maintaining the investor pipeline alongside the founders
• Build and maintain investor relations infrastructure… reporting cadences, update communications, cap table management
• Design and operate Amiara's financial operations systems… bookkeeping, cash management, payroll, vendor management
• Partner with the CEO and Chairman on strategic financial decisions… unit economics, pricing strategy, investment allocation
• Serve as the financial interface for channel partner deals, fund structuring, and ecosystem revenue arrangements
• Build the finance function infrastructure as the company scales toward the raise and beyond

What We're Looking For

• Background in investment banking, venture finance, or a senior FP&A or finance role at a high-growth company
• Exceptional financial modeling skills — you build models that are clean, accurate, and actually used
• Experience supporting a fundraise process… you understand what investors look for and how to present the business in the most compelling and accurate light
• Detail-oriented without being slow — you catch the things that matter and you move fast
• Trusted operating partner… founders will rely on you to tell them the truth, manage complexity, and hold the financial picture steady as the business scales
