Principal Customer Excellence Manager

Driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Customer Excellence Transformation Manager will manage program tracking, stakeholder engagement, and project prioritization to support the Chief Customer Officer's transformation agenda. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end program management of key strategic initiatives across the Customer Excellence organization Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional alignment sessions Establish and continuously improve project management standards, tools, and processes across the CE organization Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in program/project management, PMO leadership, or business operations 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or management consulting with exposure to enterprise SaaS Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
