About the Role: As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight our customers and enhance our culinary offerings. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and seasonal menus, showcasing your creativity and passion for pastry arts. Ultimately, your contributions will help elevate our establishment's reputation for exceptional desserts and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

Additionally, strong communication skills will be necessary for collaborating with the kitchen team and training junior staff.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bakery environment.
- Knowledge of current pastry trends and techniques.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts.
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal dessert menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff, providing guidance on techniques and best practices.
