Banking amp Finance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with at least two years of experience in commercial lending, finance, corporate, and/or real estate transactions to join their commercial lending transactions group in Florham Park, NJ. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing complex transactions and possess strong communication skills. Duties Manage complex commercial lending and real estate transactions. Draft, negotiate, and review commercial loan documents and corporate documentation. Review title work, surveys, and conduct due diligence for lending and real estate matters. Assist with general corporate and commercial matters. Interact directly with clients to provide exceptional service. Requirements 2+ years of large law firm transactional experience. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. New Jersey State Bar admission required (within 12 months of hiring). New York or Pennsylvania Bar admission is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional client service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Education Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
