From photography and video productions to brand campaigns and content captures, you'll oversee every stage of the production process, ensuring each project is thoughtfully planned, seamlessly executed, and delivered to the highest creative standards. Working across our portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle, commercial, and corporate brands, you'll collaborate with talented creatives, marketing professionals, and operational leaders to bring compelling visual stories to life. How You'll Make an Impact Transform creative vision into exceptional productions by leading the planning, coordination, and execution of photography, videography, and multimedia projects from concept through final delivery. Bring marketing campaigns to life by translating creative briefs and business objectives into detailed production plans, coordinating locations, talent, vendors, equipment, schedules, and logistics that ensure every production is executed with excellence. Serve as the driving force behind every production, partnering with Marketing, Branding & Creative, Operations, Legal, and external creative partners to keep projects moving, stakeholders aligned, and production timelines on track. Champion Connell Creative's visual standards by overseeing on-set styling, production quality, and visual presentation, ensuring every image, video, and campaign reflects the elevated quality and brand identity of The Connell Company's portfolio. Build the foundation that enables creativity to thrive by developing organized production workflows, maintaining digital asset libraries, managing production documentation, and creating scalable processes that support efficient creative operations. Anticipate challenges before they happen, proactively solving production, scheduling, logistical, and operational issues so creative teams can focus on producing exceptional work. Contribute to the continued growth of Connell Creative, identifying opportunities to improve production processes, strengthen creative collaboration, and elevate the quality and consistency of every project. What We're Looking For Foundational experience coordinating commercial photography, video productions, brand campaigns, creative operations, or multimedia projects. Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience will also be considered. Experience working with production schedules, project management platforms, digital asset management systems, and production workflows. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. A creative professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, organization, and execution, with the ability to transform ideas into exceptional visual productions. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple productions, competing priorities, and evolving timelines while maintaining outstanding attention to detail. A collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships with creative professionals, marketing teams, operational leaders, vendors, and external partners to keep projects moving forward. A refined eye for visual storytelling, composition, styling, and brand presentation, with a passion for producing work that reflects the highest creative standards.
