Global CRM Systems Manager

Managing and optimizing Salesforce and HubSpot, the full-time Global CRM Systems Manager will serve as the primary system partner for CRM operations, translating business needs into scalable processes and solutions in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage and continuously optimize Salesforce and HubSpot to support Global Marketing and international Business Development teams Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and user support, including user access, accounts, leads, campaigns, and reports Design and improve CRM processes for lead capture, qualification, nurturing, and conversion Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing automation, or business systems Strong hands-on expertise in both Salesforce and HubSpot Proven experience with Salesforce-HubSpot integration and workflow automation Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable system solutions Professional written and spoken English with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Virtual Vocations Inc
