Responsibilities include providing legal analysis, preparing pleadings, legal research, pre-trial discovery, hearings, civil jury trials and post-trial activities. Significant ongoing business volume with consistent billable opportunities. Roughly 40-50 attorneys in Miami office, around 80 in total across all offices—multiple offices across south Florida. Why join us? Competitive salary: 100-150k for up to 5th years, 150-200k for 5-10th years. Bonuses & Compensation Structure: Objective, formula-based bonus system (not discretionary). Calculated using fees collected and annual salary. 10% of first $100K collected, 15% of the second $100K, 20% of the next $100K+. Origination bonus: 10% of revenue from originated cases. Quarterly associate bonus: $1,500 per quarter ($6K annually) for staying on track with billables. *** please note these numbers are higher and more competitive for those who come in at partner.
