Job Title Executive Director, Corporate Finance Job Description Client exposure, transaction oriented and working with senior group of experienced bankers and a growing team. You and Your Job As an Executive Director, Corporate Finance you will be successful originating and executing Mergers & Acquisition advisory and cross sell in Food and Ag. Valuation DCF, presentations, coordinate lawyers and consultants in advisory execution of buy sides and sell sides. Deal negotiations with lawyers. Your Promise to Us: To be considered for the Executive Director, Corporate Finance role, you must have: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s preferred or at least 10+ years of relevant working experience in investment banking. Ability to travel regionally, up to 15% of the time. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visit Salary Expectations: Target Hiring Range: $190,000.00 - $340,000.00 This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
