Property Maintenance Technician

Location: Stockton, CA

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Pay: $20-$23/hr (depending on experience)

Start: ASAP

Tools: Preferred but not required

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technicians to support daily maintenance operations for a large property. These roles involve general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. The floater position will support multiple areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

General Repairs - Perform routine maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility repairs
Preventative Maintenance - Conduct inspections and complete scheduled upkeep to prevent equipment issues
Work Orders - Complete maintenance tickets accurately and in a timely manner
Safety Compliance - Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
Property Upkeep - Assist with groundskeeping, cleaning, and general facility support
Team Collaboration - Work with supervisors and other technicians to support daily operations

Qualifications

Experience in property maintenance , building maintenance , or general repair work
Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed
Personal tools are a plus, but not required
