Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction from precon to closeout
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee safety compliance and quality control standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of experience as a PM in commercial construction
- Successful track record in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or education builds
- Strong communication and client‑facing capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast‑paced environments
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- A driven professional seeking long‑term growth
