Thesuccessfulcandidatewillbringastrongtrackrecordofsellingcomplexsoftwareordatasolutionsintosophisticatedfinancialservicesbuyersandwillunderstandhowenergymarketintelligence,analyticsandworkflowtoolssupportinvestmentdecisions,riskmanagement,capitalallocationandcommercialstrategy. TheRole AsStrategicAccountDirector,youwillownandgrowrelationshipswithseniorstakeholdersacrossfinancialservicesaccounts,deliveringinsight-led,consultativesalesconversationsandaligningsoftware,dataandanalyticssolutionstoclientpriorities. Youwillberesponsibleforbuildingpipeline,managingcomplexenterprisesalescycles,developingexecutiverelationships,anddrivingnewbusiness,retentionandaccountgrowthacrossaportfolioofhigh-valueclients. KeyResponsibilities Buildandexpandrelationshipswithfinancialservicesclientsactiveinenergymarkets. SellenterpriseSaaS,data,analyticsandmarketintelligencesolutionstocapitalmarketsandinvestment-ledclients. Developtargetedcampaigns,executivebriefings,partnerrelationshipsandtailoredvaluepropositions. Deliverarelevant,insight-ledpointofviewintoeveryclientinteraction. EngageeffectivelyatC-suite,seniorinvestment,commercialandtechnologystakeholderlevel. Alignsolutionstoclientpriorities,includinginvestmentstrategy,marketintelligence,riskmanagement,operationalefficiencyandROI. Ownthefullsaleslifecyclefromprospectingandqualificationthroughproposal,negotiationandclose. Driveaccountretention,upsell,cross-sellandlong-termclientgrowth. Buildandmaintainastrongpipeline,withadisciplinedapproachtoforecastingandCRMmanagement. Leadinternalresourcesthroughcomplexsalespursuits,includingsolutionspecialists,product,customersuccessandleadershipteams. Consistentlyachieveorexceedassignedrevenuetargetswhilemaintaininghighlevelsofclientsatisfactionandprofessionalism. CandidateProfile Wearelookingforaprovenenterprisesalesprofessionalwithexperiencesellingenergysoftware,data,analyticsormarketintelligencesolutionsintofinancialservicesclients. Youshouldbring: 8–10+years’experiencesellingcomplexsoftware,data,analyticsorSaaSsolutions. Recentexperiencesellingintofinancialservices,capitalmarkets,investmentmanagement,privateequity,bankingortrading-relatedclients. Strongpreferenceforcandidateswhohavesoldenergysoftware,energydata,commoditydata,power,renewables,oil&gas,infrastructureormarketintelligenceplatforms. Provenabilitytoselltoseniorexecutivesandbuildcompellingbusinesscases. Strongconsultativesalesapproachwithexcellentqualification,negotiationandclosingskills. Experiencemanagingbothnewbusinessandexistingaccountgrowth. Trackrecordofmeetingorexceedingrevenuetargets. Abilitytocommunicatecomplexdataandtechnologysolutionsclearlytocommercial,investmentandexecutiveaudiences. Strongpipelinegenerationdisciplineandabilitytomanagea3.5xquotacoveragemodel. Highlevelofprofessionalism,executivepresenceandclientcredibility. Salesforceexperiencepreferred. Strategicsellingmethodologyexperiencedesirable,suchasMillerHeiman,SandlerorChallenger. WhyThisRole?
